My boyfriend was traveling with work and ran out of gas, he waited over 2 hours on triple a, who never showed up...Haines was to him within 30 minutes of the call and got him back to the road!!! Love how you quickly they got to him!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

They loaded a trailer on a flat bed because of tires going bad. As they loaded the trailer they dragged the back end and damaged it. Have pictures of loading and dragging and they out and out lied saying it didn't happen. I now have a trailer with damage on the rear.

Great service! I just got off work went grocery shopping and lock my keys in my car. Over 200$ of groceries in my car. I called they was there in less than 20 minutes I was back on the road in no time. Highly recommend if you’re in a hurry lol.

As from I can see, it’s not a good place to work. Walked into the office today and heard a employee complaining about not wanting to do something. Word around town is it’s not the first time.

I would NOT recommend unless you have money to replace everything, they took my personal belongings, smashed my extra phone, took money. Then the day I was going up there to get the car they sold it that same morning to a parts place!!!! They even had notice that I was coming that day, but still proceeded to get rid of the car. Thank you Haines n sons for this lovely deed. 🙄👍
